I dragged SO out last night to take a Madison Avenue window walk. Nothing really struck me as remarkable except Domenico Vacca has these gorgeous hydrangea topiaries in full bloom on either side of his storefront.

And then at Emanuel Ungaro I saw these . . .

I would TOTALLY wear these. The straps were more of a matte grey - not silvery. The only downside was they looked maaaaasive - I could've sworn they were at least a size 40 or 41. But I took a peek at the underside - size 38. My size.

*sigh*

I wonder if they come in other colors.

They had the "branch" heel in boots and a couple of other heels in the window too.

And then there was this dress with holographic flower super sequins on it. Awful dress. I really just wanted to snip off the hologram spangles.

Ok - so Urban Outfitters has gotten kinda cute recently. I bought two BDG oxford shirts there over the weekend (black gingham and blue pinstripe).

I just discovered the dress above above on the webite, and it is everything I wanted the Old Navy vena cava k/o to be.

Here is the Old Navy frenzy dress that made me look like a den mother with saggy boobs. The urban outfitters dress captures the perfect color combination - but in a siloutette that isn't full of FAIL.

A dress that makes me love purple.

And now I will continue Cupid Shuffling around the apartment and finish watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy on TNT. I can't help it. If it's on you just have to watch it - it's like Bend it like Beckham or Tremors.

Trey Songz provides leather jacket inspiration

The jacket he wears in this video is flawless. It's amazing how well it fits. The leather itself is droolworthy but then add the shoulder details and the perfect height on the ribbed knit collar. Yum. I really want to know where it's from.
